Jozwiak law was founded by Steven J. Jozwiak. Mr. Jozwiak has been a tax attorney since 1984. He is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Born in 1957, Mr. Jozwiak graduated from Rutgers College in 1979 and Delaware Law School in 1982. He obtained an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1987.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Jozwiak has worked as a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm, and as a college instructor in Tax Accounting at Glassboro State College, now Rowan University.

Mr. Jozwiak has experience in all procedural areas of federal and state tax law, which include handling tax audits, IRS appeals, abatement of tax penalties, offers in compromise, payment plans, IRS liens, IRS levies and property seizures, wage garnishment, innocent spouse relief, bankruptcy, criminal investigations and tax evasion, abusive tax shelter schemes, etc. Additionally, he has been involved in more than 100 cases before the US Tax Court, as well as cases before the US District Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, DC Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Elliot M. Brenner graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 1979 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Brenner previously worked as a CPA with an international accounting firm, and as a licensed registered representative with a national brokerage firm, having held various NASD licenses, including a General Securities license (Series 7), General Securities Principal license (Series 24), Uniform State Securities license (Series 63), Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65), Registered Options Principal (Series 4) and National Commodity Futures license (Series 3). He has also held an insurance license and was registered as an investment advisor in the State of New Jersey. During that time, Mr. Brenner made several appearances as a guest analyst on CNBC.

Finally, on weekends, Mr. Brenner enjoys performing as a trombonist in the pit orchestra of the Broadway Theatre in Pitman, New Jersey.
